• Police Officers will advise on aspects of scene and personal safety. However, ultimately the responsibility for the observer's personal safety rests with that observer. Potentially dangerous situations should not be approached without careful attention to personal and scene safety. If doubt exists seek advice from a Police Officer before leaving the vehicle.
• The Los Santos Police Department takes no responsibility for personal injury or death to the observer whilst observing.[/quote]
