You give 100% access to all files on your Minecraft server to me. You transfer all ownership of these files to me and you no longer have access to sell these files*. I then pay (via PayPal.com) the email chickengaming198@gmail.com (owned by you) $30 USD and then after 7 days another $30 USD if interested. If I do not pay the second payment of $30 USD you are then permitted to sell all of your files again and I lose ownership rights.

*Martin will be permitted to sell these files if either of the two payments don't come in or are refunded.
