Hello Northcraft,

As we enter the final stretch of development before release,
we have found ourselves slightly short on developer staff members needed to keep on track with a timely launch.
That being said, we have opened up developer recruitment.
All applications will be gone through in 2 steps.
The first step is the Forum application. You will find instructions on formatting further down in this post.
The second step is a Discord interview. This will be done via voice chat.

Northcraft would like to open our recruitment for following positions:

SmartAI script developers, C++ script and core developers.

MySQL/SmartAI developers aim to make script as Blizzlike as possible.
We provide a test environment with a precompiled core and database for you to work on.

MySQL/SmartAI script developer requirements are:
- Understanding how MySQL databases and SmartAI work
- Able to work independently and read documentation
- Understand English

C++ Script developers aim to work on AI scripts.
We provide a raw test core and database for you to work on.

For C++ Script developer we want proof of your work.
Script a <b>custom</b> NPC with features you want i.e boss fight.


C++ Core developers work on the low level of core.
We provide you an environment to work on.

I'm a hardworking person with knowledge of Trinity Core and MaNGOS.
I've had a break from WoW development after I got hired as a
Junior C++ Developer. At my work I started as a Junior developer and
Worked on Qtframework mainly, but also did work with our web development team.
i.e PhP on frameworks such as CodeIgniter and Laravel.
I then got promoted to Junior Instructive Consultant. My job was to
lead new Junior Developers and take stress off of the team leaders.
After 2 years I got promoted to Team Leader for a big project that
used Ruby, RoR(Ruby on Rails), PhP on Laravel framework and Qt C++ Framework.
My position from a coder changed to Team leader until the
project was finished at which time I resigned. I am still in good relations
with my ex-employer.
Currently I've been working via Fiber as freelance developer on Ruby, PhP, HTML5, SCSS,
 C and C++.
I am able to provide proof of my work when necessary.
