Welcome to the official FireAspect staff document. Whether you are new or not, this document will be the key to your time here on FireAspect Staff team, and will constantly help you as you continue to climb the ranks, and conquer the realms! Within this document you will find pages upon pages of up-to-date, useful and interesting information on multiple parts of being a Staff member for the team. If you have any questions on a particular piece of information, need clarification or want something updated/added, simply contact an existing Staff member, or one of our managers.

      2.Condone to a respectful and helping staff team to moderate the servers.
Communication , We absolutely love when you communicate with players. The more you communicate with players / answer questions the better. You are not allowed to expose other staff members’ Skypes as well. It’s not up to you whether someone else should have their Skype profile exposed. You are allowed to talk to players on Skype or TeamSpeak if you would like to. But if you are unsure if you should give out your Skype, always make a second choice. We recommend you keep your Skype private .
PROMOTIONS
Our main goal towards the staff system is to provide a stress-free environment towards all staff members. Being part of the staff community does grant you benefits over others, but essentially you are still considered a normal player. You can continue playing, raiding, and much more; you just have the additional task of monitoring the community and voluntarily helping. There aren’t many tasks/requirements in the staff system until reaching a position above moderators (administrators). Over time as we believe you have the capability of moving onto a new position, you will be contacted personally on Slack about your promotion by either an Administrator or SM. For now, just worry about having fun.

If you are invited into the Administration team, you will have the option to decline or accept the position. All positions within the Administration team require much more dedication, requirements, and tasks to be completed. This position is not suitable for everyone, and some may decline it due to lack of time, or simply wanting to continue to play as a normal player.

RULES
These rules serve as a guideline for punishments for illegal actions, keep in mind that any staff member has the ability to soften or harden these punishments if they find it necessary. If you feel that a player is breaking a real, it’s best to supply proof and talk to a Moderator in Slack, TeamSpeak or in-game. As a staff member, if you are in a faction on any server. You must be sure your faction doesn’t condone to any of these rules. Basically if we find out your faction members have hacked clients, you will be punished also.

Hacked Clients
First offense - Permanent Ban
Any mod that changes the way a player interacts with the server is considered a hacked client. This contains things such as force field, click aimbot, flying, etc.

Lying to Staff Members
First offense - Typically up to the Admins, most likely they will be banned permanently. Simple.
X-Ray/Radar
First Offense - 1 Week Ban
Admitting - 7 Day Ban
Any Other Unapproved Texture Packs and Mods
First Offense - 5 Day Ban
Second Offense - Permanent Ban Anything outside of the vanilla client used to provide an advantage to player that isn't considered a hack falls under this category. Mods that you have not been given permission to use are NOT allowed.
Auto Clickers
First Offense - Permanent Ban
Modifying your mouse in ANYWAY Is not allowed
Doing anything to make your mouse double click or click twice in one motion is not allowed
Macroing
First Offense - Permanent Ban
Auto clickers and macros for your mouse are NOT allowed neither is rebinding mouse buttons or using more than one device at a time. And Yes, it is still illegal even if you were using your mouse while your dog/hamster/grandmother etc was using a second device. Dragclicking is also not allowed, neither is any other stupid crap you guys come up with in future.
Abuse or Exploit of a Bug or Glitch
First Offense - 1 Week Ban
Second Offense - Permanent Ban
Exploiting any bug, whether Minecraft related (F3 + A) or plugin related, for the use of personal gain or causing harm to the server or its players is bannable. Maliciously using the factions plugin in ways that it is not meant for is considered abusing, this means things like storage factions and kicking to avoid power loss are not allowed. If you aren't sure if something is allowed, ask before you do it to prevent a possible ban. If you find a bug, please report it immediately to the admins through either private message or in TeamSpeak.
Block Glitching
First Offense - 1 Warn
Second Offense - 1 Day Ban
Block Glitching involves hitting a player through a block. If you are caught doing so you will be warned to stop by a member of staff. If you continue you will be banned for 3 days. If you are caught doing it again you will not be warned and will receive a scaling ban. If a player block glitches to kill another player and we find proof of this, the offending player will be banned as per above. You will only get 1 warning
Inappropriate Chat Content (Spam)
First Offense - 5 minute mute
Second Offense - 30 minute mute
Third Offense - 1 hour mute
Fourth offense - 1 day mute
Every Offense Afterwards - Scaling Bans
Players who we consider serial offenders (people who we find to be considerably toxic in chat) will be permanently muted
Inappropriate Links in Chat
Posting offensive links in chat (Ex: porn links, self-harm links, etc…)
First Offense - 10 minute mute
Second Offense - 30 minute mute
Third Offense - 1 hour mute
Fourth Offense - Punishment decided by an Admin.
Staff Disrespect
Saying anything to a staff member which involves their personal life in anyway will get you muted/banned depending on context/how inappropriate the content is. The punishment will be decided by an admin and serial offenders may be permanently banned.

This has become a big problem recently and it is not acceptable.
Death Threats/ Suicide jokes/Telling someone to kill themselves/Scamming

Scamming
Punishment decided by Admin
Racism will not be tolerated, harassment of our players and staff will not be tolerated, and spamming will not be tolerated. Scamming i.e. promising any purchasable items (CS: GO items, server ranks etc.) in exchange for in game items (diamonds and whatever else it is you guys are too lazy to actually play the game and get) or to join a faction, with the intent of not following through is NOT allowed in chat. If you are seen doing this in chat you will be muted, how long you are muted is up to the admins. Use common sense when typing in chat. If it isn't something you'd say to someone's face, then it isn't something you should say here. Releasing personal information about players includes but is not limited to facebook/instagram accounts, phone number, skype names, addresses, or pictures. This will result in a temp/permban or a blacklist depending on the situation.
Advertising of another Server
Any Offense - Permanent Mute
Simple enough, don't advertise. This does not include talking about another server in conversation.

Playing On or Using Alternate Accounts
First Offense - 1 Month Ban
The main account gets a month ban and the alternate account gets a permanent ban
Second Offense - Permanent Ban
VPNS/Shared Accounts
The use of VPN's is a bannable offense.
Sharing accounts is a bannable offense.

Illegal Traps
First Offense - 1 Week Ban
Second Offense - 1 Week Ban
DDoSing/DoSing/Doxing
First Offense - Permanent Ban
These are considered federal crimes in most countries and will NOT be tolerated on our servers. If you have any evidence of somebody committing these acts, please show a Moderator.. This includes ALL DDoS threats, joke or not.
Tampering with frozen players
When a player is frozen, a player then places lava around the player or break blocks under the player. Breaking blocks under the player will make the player get kicked for flying.
First Offense - Warning
Second Offense - 1 Day Ban

Insiding on the  server
When a player takes loot from a faction and joins another faction or creates their own faction.
First Offense - 30 day tempban
Second Offense - 60 day tempban
Enderpearl Glitching
When a player shoots an enderpearl into a block (most commonly: fence gates and doors) and tries to get through it. You can tell they are enderpearl glitching because most of the time, their bodies will be stuck half in and half out of the block. Due to the fact that this glitch can be commonly confused with other server-side bugs, there needs to be full proof of a player glitching before a ban is given.
