"Your presence can reassure and lend courage to allies. As a standard
action, you can spend a hero point to remove one of the following conditions
from an ally with whom you can interact (see Interaction Skills,
page 38): dazed, fascinated, fatigued, panicked, shaken, or stunned. Your
Leadership cannot remove damage (although it may alleviate some of its
effects) nor can it remove other conditions, including exhausted, disabled,
or unconscious."
