So from what I could gather is Mango, Reaction & Alistair were in 39th RR solving because Blue [39th] had asked Alistair to remove his 39th tags. I believe then Blue went on to report Alistair as apparently Blue got kicked off TS for no reason by Alistair.
during then in this solving channel Mango had said something negative about me and Blue thought it wasn't a joke and then went on to report both Alistair and Mango.

What I wanted to say is that me and mango known eachother for a bit and it was a meme (Don't really care what he said anyway xD)
