The key to good activity in my eyes is to have a base which is expanded in terms of it containing EVERYTHING every ASOC division requires. Once I am ranked in the Roblox ASOC group, I will be sure to make many changes to Fort Bragg and add many innovative advancements. Once that is done, there will be a massive opening in all of the ASOC divisions for each soldier to be able to try out and see if they're capable.  I will be hosting weekly checks and weekly reforms, where inactive people will be put in the AP rank and have three to five days to show up otherwise they're removed.

I have made sure that everything is planned and under control. I have a hierarchy table set in with all of the ASOC Personnel, both Soldiers and Officers for a full understanding of where everyone goes at which position. It is made clear of how good service will lead to promotions in Paygrades.

For the recruitment, I am really serious about who gets into ASOC as ASOC consists of ONLY Special Force divisions. The tryouts/selections are very, very strictly controlled. I do not believe in any mercy, this is ASOC. Simply to put it, only the best and capable make it in. On average, I would say only 1 in every 20 soldiers make it into a division.

I am going to mainly work on getting a stable Staff and professionalism. What I imply by a stable Staff, is making sure that every single Officer in ASOC is able to do their job in terms of meeting my high standards. The main feature being respect, nothing can be done without it. Recently, I have built a strong bond between my soldiers and me to make sure they feel happy and proud to be in ASOC. As I care about ASOC a lot, and have conveyed it through my service, instead of expecting the Commanding Officers to do everything I tell them, I prefer to get involved and help every single COimprove anything lacking in their division. By professionalism, I will overwatch every single division, and make it my duty that they keep up with the standards of the ASOC. Indeed, I make my soldiers feel happy in their place, but there must be justice. I will remove anyone corrupt or disobedient without hesitation.

Timezones will not be a problem as I make sure to have Staff for divisions from all around the world to host at any time, for any other soldier(s) which is able to attend specifically at a particular time. If there are any struggles, I will indeed find a perfect time for everyone to be able to attend Parades or important meetings. As long as the Staff around the world are active, every single soldier will have a chance to still attached to any ASOC division.
