Better doggo?

When you look at Sahara Square you see a nice little area, with a very fancy hotel, but right outside of that central area, in the ghetto... it's a hellhole.

 

I grew up living in a shack with my ma and pa, they worked hard, but we never made enough money to truly get by. And so, I turned to stealing. I told my parents that I'd acquired a well paying job in the city, but it was all a lie. The money i brought home was from stolen goods that I fenced off. Occasionally, I felt guilty. But keeping my family happy was all I cared about. Once, i got caught stealing an apple in a nearby market, and my parents scolded me hard. I realized that I could never tell them the truth.

 

Once I was old enough to move out, I moved in with my pal, Randy. A racoon that I was friends with that moved away. Together, we upped our game. We went from grocery stores, to jewelry stores, to banks. Soon we were the tops thieves in Zootopia, and had acquired a little organization. We became the Slumdogs, a bunch of nobodies who rose to the top. We operate out of a front on Lionheart Avenue. It looks to be the home of a nice sheep couple, but once you head into the basement, you're met with something out of a spy movie. The Slumdog HQ, a high tech facility in the heart of Zootopia. Here we work on planning heists and creating gadgets to help us out. It's like a second home to me, and my fellow thieves, my family.

 

But that's enough reminiscing, I have to get to work.

 

After a nice shower, I head to my closet and grab my usual attire, A red Hawaiian shirt, a gold chain necklace, and aviator sunglasses. And head out of the apartment into the unknown, and the heat of the rainforest district hits me. Every time I leave that door, it could be my last. I could be killed by rival thieves, arrested for my crimes, die in a freak accident, who knows. But I'll never stop.
