I am Luke McKee. My name has a link to what I put on John’s blog he
may be going to jail for. Here is a comment I just attempted to
publish on the Sydney Star Observer article linked here. To defend
John Sunol the truth needs to get out and this needs to be published.
The case law for the recent case deliberately publishes a broken link
because they don’t want people to read what I wrote that John Sunol is
taking the fall for. If the Judge Frank Marks was in Victoria he would
have broken this law. ‘Victorian Charter of Human Rights, Section 25
(k) not to be compelled to testify against himself or herself or to
confess guilt.” That’s exactly what happened when Sunol was told he
would be prosecuted for contempt unless he confessed and through out
his sworn affidavits defence documents that would have made him win
the case. He was compelled to write two different apology letters for
something he didn’t do and let the judge choose which one he liked (we
only got one back from the court) or he would be sent to the supreme
court and jailed. The irony is the judge ordered that to happen
anyway, and his induced confession for something he never done (as a
victim of brain injury patsie) Sunol could have lost. When he wrote to
the court to recant said false confession – the judge rushed the
judgement in record time. I’ve heard all the proceedings, and heads
will roll (careers) for what was done to Sunol if there is justice.

Garry Burns is trying to jail John Sunol for contempt for something
John didn’t write but I wrote use my own google account under
Vietnamese Jurisdiction on a server owned and operated by Google in
Mountain View California with two users linked to the blog, where
Sunol had no approval process before I had already done the “public
act”.
Before that John Sunol was sued for the crime of linking to my blog.
The above was steps to prevent a repeat of that.
The criticism against judges in this recent case against Sunol talks
about the case of Alexander John Wakefield in the Burns Sunol
,”abcplugspedos” case on austlii.edu.au June 25 2016, and later appeal
blocked by Anne Britton when he ruled Robert Oscar Lopez PhD is a hate
criminal for writing the paper on the public discourse website “Same
Sex Marriage is it Child abuse?”. Lopez gave the main argument against
gay marriage in the US Supreme Court Gay Marriage case on behalf of
children of gay parents. He was abused as a child in a home of gay
parenting, and is an ex-gay – only gay by indoctrination by lesbian
parents.
Australian judges have no right to rule children who were abused and
grow up to talk about it are “hate criminals” for hating being
sodomized as a child? What’s next prosecuting female rape victims who
become man hating feminists as a result?

it was about homosexual paedophiles and all the comments on the video
falsely attributed to John Sunol were directed against ABC TV Praised
Gay Marriage Activists Mark J Newton and Peter Truong with another 38
years left on their sentence for child abuse in the USA.

because how dare the warden disclose the HIV+ status man / woman
whatever in a Women’s prison who is having sex with with women and
giving them the “gift” to prevent more grievous bodily [fluidly] harm
happening to the female inmates sharing the toilet with a guy with an
appendage.
Garry is the one arguing in court it’s a crime to be against
paedophiles if they identify as gay. It is he that is lumping
homosexuals and pedophiles under the same umbrella using Homosexual
vilification law to prosecute those who do criticism of – or link to
videos where others do criticism of what 4BC talk radio journalists
called “disgusting pedophiles”.
