Alright, so most of you have been clueless as to why Telemus was force Retired + terminated, and/or why he made that "BLOX City Exposed" video.

Telemus was force retired (fired in a respectable manner) for multiple reasons; one of the obvious reasons being that he could not properly make Assets. (That has nothing to do with the appearance of his Assets; some of his Assets actually look good such as the Sicarius).

What I mean by "he can not properly make Assets" is that they would often exceed our poly count limit by quite a bit. We try to keep our Assets between 50 and 2,000 polygons, and his items would vary between 10,000 and 500,000 polygons. Yes, the Easter Basket he made was literally 500,000 Polygons. (I have a fixed version that is going to replace it that is only 900 polygons, just to clarify).

He has also made countless errors in a lot of his assets (that you cannot see because he has them hidden within the perspective of the avatars) that will cause a bunch of rendering issues for when the game is released. (Why I remade a bunch of his Assets, and why I am still remaking the rest).

Here are a few examples of the errors that where hidden:

These are just a few examples, as there are multiple errors that have been made throughout all of his Assets.

Now, on to why Telemus was terminated.

In his "BLOX City Exposed" video, he states something along the lines of "I was terminated because bean was butthurt because I called 2 of his Assets s*** lmao" when that is most definetly not the case. Telemus was terminated simply because of his behavior.  He was posting on multiple Assets that I was uploading using excessive profanity and basically calling the Assets garbage.  (more then 2, as he claimed).

Now, he is clearly allowed to have an opinion, as all of you are; but we weren't happy about how he was expressing his opinion. As a Retired Administrator, posting in the comments of Assets saying things such as "this item is s*** lmao" is unprofessional and it only makes the BLOX City Staff Team look bad as a whole.

He originally wasn't going to be terminated, or even banned. I messaged him explaining the situation and how we wanted him to stop, but he refused. That, is what caused his termination, his own arrogance.

On a side note regarding the PMs:
He was originally going to be reassigned, but he was later force Retired, just to clarify.

Now, as for the video regarding mine and his Skype conversation; those messages were from a month ago.
(Including those messages I sent to Telemus on BLOX City as they were both the same day).

At that time I was merely a Junior Administrator and naive about BLOX City. I was upset about certain things regarding certain people that I will not disclose as I have already spoken with said person(s).

I understand that what was said was childish and unprofessional and for that I take full responsibility, but those conversations were completely irrelevant as to why Telemus was fired and Terminated.

The same goes for the conversations between Telemus and G0dfrey. That was simply a private conversation, which was disrespectful and unnecessary for Telemus to expose.

Everything g0dfrey said was just a form of ventilation regarding his feelings on certain individuals and nothing said was meant to be taken literal. (He has also cleared things up with said individuals).

As for g0dfrey's personal number being leaked, what Telemus did was illegal and if anyone on BLOX City is caught talking about or spreading g0dfrey's personal information and/or contemplating anything with said personal information; serious actions will be taken against said person(s) including instant termination along with an IP ban on BLOX City and the Teamspeak IP.

Also, further discussion regarding this situation shall only be discussed within this Thread. If any more people are caught discussing this dilemma outside of this thread may receive punishments including but not limited to: a warning, a ban, a termination, or an IP ban.

I apologize that all of this happened, and I hope that we can get by this and continue to build BLOX City into something great!
