  1. Hi Sebastian
  2.
  3. Firstly thank you for the reply, secondly sorry for my belated one.

  5. Its nice to hear that our location won't hinder the application, I was just aware you guys had supported local teams but was not sure if that was preference or not in recent times.

  7. I am happy to provide as much information on any subject surrounding the team as you need. I have written if you require or would like a pretty long breakdown of our team over the last year with what we participated both online/offline in chronological order however I won't send it your way in this reply as its a pretty long wall of text on top of what will be a pretty long reply already. The long breakdown is a result of us being in a fortunate position; we are one of few within (very few) the UK scene that have managed to keep our core together for an extended period of time in our case we have been together since February 2016, so have a longer history than most.

  9. Currently as a team we are in limbo regarding online leagues/qualifiers with most at the end of their current seasons and its a case of us just waiting for dates for renewed seasons, we do however plan to continue with ESEA-Main, renew our intersest in ESL for their major league & CEVO next season, however with CEVO we have always used it as the short straw if we need to "give up" a league to provide the additional time to compete in UK EPS, UK Masters & UK Gaming tours providing we qualify.

  11. While there are opportunities for us to compete domestically over and over we are also not ignorant to the state of the UK scene compared to elsewhere; With that being said we made a plan last year for 2017 with challenging ourselves to compete across Europe as well as Domestically. Whilst this sounds cliché to anyone that would read it, I decided to put the money where our mouths were and have recently booked us to compete in September at Frag-O-Matic 19.1 Belgium with the option of further LANs pending on availability. While its a small step to many teams in other scenes to attend LANs abroad its not so much for UK teams due to the nature of our scene and its habit to have teams implode event after event however my confidence with how long we together already and the potential of the team led me to be proactive. We will on top of these EU challenges maintain our attendance at UK events with Epic21 in June being the first of the year for us. We haven't favoured iseries for sometime now and while we appreciate from an organisational standpoint this may be a problem for commercial and PR purposes we don't completely rule out attending and happy to do so if we were obligated or told to go; we just haven't found it beneficial for previous organisations to send us to one for its money to value/reward ratio and in addition never wanted to stress previous organisations by applying financial pressure to send us. Away from actual playing goals we have learnt from and since exceL that building player profiles and social media is now a crucial part of any modern player and organisation with this being said we worked out a plan to accommodate working with future organisations in how to move forward with this, i.e streaming, twitter & sponsorship commitments. Hopefully by 2018 we want to be attending numerous more abroad LANs while hand in hand growing as players both performance and profile.

  13. This leading onto your enquiry of our history with XENEX/exceL and I fully understand your curiosity surrounding them, apologies in advance that this may be a long read however would prefer to give you as much depth to the circumstances as possible. With exceL it was more of a "business" decision by exceL's part. We had been with them since March 2016 until the new year inwhich they had grown in stature since we had joined them and felt with the interest they had from outside sources wanting to commit to the organisation financially/sponsor wise meant they had to take steps to aquire the "top" teams in all games across UK esports - CSGO, Hearthstone, GoW and so forth. While we are considered a decent team by others and ourselves (outside the top2 its usually a toss up between 6-8 teams us included with whoever turning up on the day being the victor) we are neither ignorant or disrespectul enough to make promises of finishing "top2" (which were their requirements/needs) in UK masters & EPS only to fall short. This led to us having a discussion in the new year about them wanting to look at possible availability of teams, while they offered us to stay while they scouted elsewhere and whilst we respected that they wanted to take the steps forward to better themselves as an organisation we didn't want to be deemed a "option/backup/substitute" if they could not obtain what they wanted, this unintentionally or not made our relationship unsustainable. To emphasise I have nothing but good things to say about exceL and they have always made it clear of their respect for us in what we achieved for ourselves and for them with that being said they have always offered if required to give reference on our conduct as a team for any parties interested in us in the future.

  15. XENEX was a little odd for us, we joined them initially for free at the start of February this year, future incentives only, no financial support. The brand name and privilege to play under them (XENEX here for CSGO has reputable past)and its management were known to be one of the better sets around that being enough for us to want to join. We stayed with them until Late March this year. We were initinally told by one of their management the organisation was restructuring of some sort with CSGO not being viable to them or at least this is how it was worded to myself. It swiftly came to light in private via a trusted source that they had contact with another team and it was a smoke and mirror tactic for us to depart. Ultimately I made contact with the management to find out what was what with the talks leading to us departing pretty swiftly and them admitting to the other teams contact/meeting several days before (our departure and their pick announced within hours of each other) The assumption we as a team came to why they looked elsewhere was due to our failure to qualify for UK Masters at the final hurdle where as the other team had qualified for them they have always had representation in UK masters. Our conduct as a team had always been good and we felt we had not done much wrong results wise other than UK masters. I have not had contact with their management since but still on respectable terms with some of them so again reference should be obtainable if any doubts of what i have said is true.
