**Minor:**
`-` Being a Smartass in anyway.
`-` IP Logging/Ratting/Malware/Virus will Result in a ban.
`-` No NSFW/Gore In General. (You can post NSFW in #nsfw But read the rules to prevent getting banned.)
`-` Please don't back-seat moderate or tell us what to do. its annoying and idiotic of someone to do. Let us do our jobs and keep WorkSpaced clean and fresh without idiots like this.
`-` Please don't bitch and complain if you don't get your way (this goes for anyone) you can get demoted/banned/muted/kicked or however i feel like is Required in the Situation. you get what you get and if you get upset leave we don't care.
`-` No Racism - you can say the N-Word but not hard R any discrimination to any kind is Forbidden here. you can face Up to  6H Mute or kick/ban Depending on how racist what the person said.
`-` Don't say bad things and delete it. we can see what you say even when you delete it. if you do delete it you will get kicked. or muted.
`-` No Advertising of any sort This gets me pissed off. (Don't ask me to Partner,Promote,Share) Your discord invites. i won't do any of the sort. and if you advertise in our chat (Selling OBC Account for $ Dm me) you will get a Perma ban and you cannot appeal the ban. once you are banned for advertising you are staying banned for advertising.
`-` No talking about Hacking/Exploiting No Releasing Doxes/Locations This will be Reported and you can get perma banned and un-appealable ban.

**Major:**
`-` Disrespecting anyone Such as (Members,Staff,Owner,New Members) will Result in a 1H Mute.
`-` Throwing Shade Towards Workspaced in anyway will Result in a 2H Mute.
`-` Spamming/Raiding/Emoji Spamming/Raiding in The Name Of WorkSpaced  is Forbidden and will Result in a Permanent ban.

**Voice Chat Rules:**
`-` No Ear Raping.
`-` No Sexual Noises.
`-` No Voice Changers/Music In Mic.
`-` No Channel Surfing.

**Penalties:**
`-` **3** warns = **Mute.**
`-` **5** warns = **Kick.**
`-` **10** warns = **Ban.**
**Depends on how BAD the Situation.**
