And I'm not going to be polite about it either.

I'm sick and tired of the excuses... sick and tired of the people who keep coming up with complaints or whines about things they can take of themselves.

I'm just flat sick and tired. For 6 months plus i have worked my ass off for this Alliance.... I have bled...sweated...and cried...and thrown up... for this alliance.

Every time I log in.... I get yelled at... I get ranted at.... I get a stack of crap to clean up....and its getting old real fast. This includes our current directors as well.

2 Weeks ago NO ONE showed up for the meeting.... and those who actually bothered to get up off their butts and tell me they can't show up... and you know who you are.... where excused appropriately...and they have my thanks.

But after an etnire weeks worth of warnings.... no one... shows up.


And now we get some guy.... who has the gumption... the audacity to tell me that hes tired of the lack of participation... and then leaves...saying no hard feelings.... and then invites other people to join his motely crew...

let me ask you... do you honestly think... that if he really cared about this alliance... he would not insult this fine bunch of gentlemen who are still here working hard...only to invite them to join his team?

Just how retarded do you people really think I am? Are you trying to insult me? Are you trying to piss me off?
Congratualtions! You accomplished that task!

Let me make it very clear.

If you even care about this alliance...if your truely interested in making it work... the worst thing you can do is to leave.
Leaving is to prove me right...and not help your case. Leaving insults the hard work your CEO's put into this alliance.
The Directors who have to sit there and listen to my counciling...my rants...and everything else.

Some of us haven't even played this damn game in weeks because we are trying hard to get things going.

It doesn't help when everyone in this alliance aside from a select few completely and utterly blows us off.
