i've said this so many times but this sub is extremely fucking ableist. in no way are you helping "erase the stigma" you are adding to it. i do not care if you're systems yourself, you are harming others. despite rules you have in place, people who are put on this sub are harassed.
you are extremely hateful towards any system that is introject heavy, despite the fact you yourself are not an introject.

people are scared to even be open about having DID because they are worried they will be put on this sub and deemed "cringy." you go into plural discord servers and screenshot and laugh at their members. you have no respect and are ableist and pluralphobic.
