Kevin Wayne Smith a 57 year old male who works for the US Naval Base in Norfolk VA as a data analyst has apparently been spending his time on government salary and equipment harassing and threatening people on social media and making defamatory comments calling people pedophiles and alleging his “friends” in the military, FBI, and LE will come after people.

Proof Kevin Smith is harassing and threatening others during work hours. This is only a small sample.
