FBI INCIDENT REPORT

Team responded to suspicious activity in downtown Miskatonic shortly after a mass shooting at the local mall; proceeded into the remains of the mall to meet task force 22-B in front of suspect’s presumed hideout. Task Force 22-B notably absent. In it’s place: Dismembered body parts and pools of blood. Interviews with security team indicate urgent need for better security team.

Response team entered suspected hideout. Two survivors located, one missing two arms and half a leg. Seventeen deceased bodies found across house, all dead due to axe wounds, asphyxiation or [REDACTED]. Two appear to predate the incident.

Thorough search of the hideout discovered unexpected lack of mass murderers, but some items of interest were recovered;

███ romantic Japanese 'manga' books, waterlogged, unintelligeble. Large collection of chalk, some pieces appear to have had parts eaten off. Jars and jars of discarded bubblegum, labeled by flavor, date and mood. Collection of oldschool horror movie CDs that have been noted to be "impressive" by field agent [DATA EXPUNGED].

Yuhijima I: She’s lost too much blood-
Nurse: Her coworkers lost a lot more than that, ma’am.

DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: Is a bucket with a fire axe
STATUS: At large, armed, extremely dangerous. Noted by the scarce amount of survivors to have an almost supernatural gift for terminating it's targets with ease and proficiency in any weapon it touches. Has a talent for getting out of traps, ambushes and even [REDACTED]. If seen, run as far as your legs can take you. Sleep where your body falls. You will know if you survived when you wake up. [██/██/2███/] CASEFILE UPDATE

At ██/██/2███, 21:██ sharp suspect was seen approaching the Genesis Maximum Security Correctional Facility, armed with a fire axe. Site personnel prepared for confrontation, but upon hearing the sound of loading rifles suspect immediately dropped it’s weapon, surrendering and allowing itself to be arrested. Upon removal of the bucket and thorough background investigation, suspect turned out to be [DATA EXPUNGED], an American teenager from downtown Miskatonic, Massachusetts. Suspect has not spoken a word since arrest, but has been paying the facility large sums of money to keep herself contained within. Follow-up questioning and investigations underway.
