  1. First of all, I'd like to apologize for my lack of activity in the clan. I'm a senior in college and it's hard for me to find personal time to open up Clash Royale and play on a daily basis.

  3. The first point that I saw was regarding the promotion of member->elder/elder->co. When being promoted, there isn't a number of donations or number of crowns or even number of trophies. I look for qualities. Qualities like, friendliness, willingness to help, etc. These qualities should be natural and you should not be intentionally aiming for elder. Elder is a role that should come natural. If it were the case that you exhibited qualities of being an Elder, then stopped as soon as you promoted. What would be the point of even promoting in the first place? Elder shouldn't be treated as just a title. It should be treated as your role in the clan. In turn, the promotion from elder->co follow the same except on a much higher level. Secondly, I understand that I do not promote often, but with good reason. If I were to set a period of every 2 weeks, I promote one more person to elder. Then at some point, everybody would be an elder, and there would be no point to even being elder. Thats why I promote very liberally.

  5. The second issue I saw in clan chat was user activity. I want to create not just a clan where you can donate, request, and just grind clan chest. I want to create a community that is willing to help oneanother out, interact, and overall just make a community that we can all be proud of and love. Doing this is hard, and I greatly appreciate everyone that does choose to participate in the community. However, with clan chests, I understand that the amount you play is in a way, more important than individuals who participate in the community. This has been something I have trying to find a balance for a while, but never gotten a clear concise answer. I've asked this question before of, should we value clan chests tier 10 or do we value our community more. If the clan were to value tier 10s more, then a total restructure of how we monitor clan activity would be required. If we were to value the community more, I would likely keep things as is, and only remove those who have been inactive for prolonged periods of time (2 chests in a row). In terms of requesting and donating, it is important that we keep doing these, but we should not scold those who just log in and donate when it is not clan chest time. Everybody has their own life, so we should resepct that.

  7. Lastly, in terms of clan recruitment. I have two plans. I would greatly appreciate if you guys would provide your feedback on the plans, as well as which you prefer. The first would be creating a discord text channel as a means of application. In short, new applicants would have to go through our discord channel and apply. Application details would include things like, current trophy level, an estimate of how much they donate, an estimate of clan chest activity, as well as what they would be bringing into the clan as a new member. The alternative to this, being we just raise the trophy cap slightly higher.

  9. I understand I made a huge post, but if you do care for this clan, please read it and provide feedback. Without feedback, I would have no clue of what I'm doing is right or wrong and god forbid I just keep walking forward without any aim or direction.
  10.
  11. As for the current co/elders, I highly appreciate the work you guys do to keep the clan floating. I also want to create a consensus on what qualities they would like to see in an elder so that when we do promote, it is not just my decision but rather a community's decision.
