for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.
These limitations of liability apply even if www.csgothirst.com has been expressly advised of the potential loss.

The user accepts at all times and under any circumstances that the website is free-of-charge, regardless of any rake that happens on deposited skins, since they are not fiat money and the user is not obligated to deposit skins by using the website.

<b>Pricing</b>

Csgothirst.com item values are retrieved from Steam Analyst and a backend database updated at our discretion that can be updated at any time without any warning or notice.

All deposits are final after the user confirms them on the website; there will be no refunds, since the user agrees to enter the chance and agrees he is liable to losing his skins to another user and agrees CS:GO Thirst is not liable for losses of any kind.

<b>Deposited or Lost items</b>

If you lose any items to a missing deposit or missing winnings caused by a software problem and csgothirst is able to retrieve those skins, you have 7 days to claim your items by sending a ticket to us. After which, these items will be surrendered to CS:GO Thirst. These items may or may not be used for giveaways and promotions.

We are not responsible for the name tags and/or stickers attached to your items. Keep in mind the item you deposit may not be the same one that is returned to you once you win a chance. However, the full value you earn (if any) will always be returned - and you acknowledge that prices are calculated as stated on the previous section ("Pricing").

<b>Losses</b>

CS:GO Thirst cannot be held responsible for any losses, you agree that you may lose your skins to other users and not get them back.

<b>Allowed Skins</b>

CS:GO Thirst only allows CS:GO skins to be deposited - this only includes skins in the "Counter-Strike: Global Offensive" category and excludes all other games and "Steam" items like Cards, Gifts or similar.

Items that are not allowed will be accepted but not processed into the pool - in cases of high traffic levels, where a long list of depositors exists, CS:GO Thirst reserves the right to hold the disabled skins since it may be impossible to retrieve those skins back to their depositors in case they enter the system by any form due to insufficient human resources to process all the transactions. CS:GO Thirst has systems to prevent this from happening but they may fail and the user is liable for the faulty deposit.

<b>Affiliation</b>

Csgothirst, and any of its partners are not in any way associated with the Valve corporation, Counter Strike : Global Offensive, Steam or any other trademarks of the Valve corporation.

<b>Exceptions</b>

Nothing in this website disclaimer will exclude or limit any warranty implied by law that it would be unlawful to exclude or limit; and nothing in this website disclaimer will exclude or limit the liability of CS:GO Thirst in respect of any:

death or personal injury caused by the negligence of www.csgothirst.com or its agents, employees or shareholders/owners;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation on the part of www.csgothirst.com;
matter which it would be illegal or unlawful for www.csgothirst.com to exclude or limit, or to attempt or purport to exclude or limit, its liability.

<b>Reasonableness</b>

By using this website, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this website disclaimer are reasonable.

If you should deem the exclusions and limitations of liability set forth in this agreement, you must not use the website csgothirst.com

<b>Other parties</b>

Without prejudice to www.csgothirst.com's other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, www.csgothirst.com may take such action as www.csgothirst.com deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

<b>Variation</b>

Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website. These terms and conditions, together with www.csgothirst.com's Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and www.csgothirst.com in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.

Should there a need arise that the aforementioned terms and conditions need to be upheld, or a legal dispute should arise, csgothirst, and its management have the sole decision in choosing the appropriate jurisdiction in which potential disputes are to be settled.
