# What will you do to benefit Grapé?
#### First and foremost, I take time and effort into every little thing I do. How do I do this you may ask, well it's simple just take a good look at what your doing such as your work, when I write a document for someone or I do my homework, I revise it and If I see a minor mistake, I simply fix it and hope that I never make the same mistake. Sometimes I do sloppy work because I am not perfect.

Secondly, I have patience which is important to everything such as writing an application for something. You don't just send an application and get a response within the next 10 minutes. Patience is always important, it strengthens relationships, it helps you to be empathetic (showing an ability to understand and share the feelings of another.)

Thirdly, I am great at encouraging people to do the right thing/things. Encouraging people is great to me because I get to help people and I get to make people hear what I have to say. The thought of helping people is great, but giving people a different Point of View on certain hard decisions is even better.
