- When you [b]take a few minutes to meddle with a weapon, piece of armor, or equipment[/b], roll+INT.
- ✴ On a 10+, you may add one of the following tags to the item for the duration of the session.
- ✴ On a 7-9, you add a tag, but it's either not as effective or there's some kind of catch.
- [b]Tempered:[/b] +1 Damage
- [b]Sharpened:[/b] 2 piercing
- [b]Worn, Reinforced:[/b] Grants the wearer +5 Temporary Armor.
- [b]Oiled:[/b] This item may be set aflame without damaging the item itself, making it Dangerous and Messy.
- [b]Specialized:[/b] Deals +2 damage to a certain type of creature.

- When you have time and resources and you can build a trap, roll+INT.
- On a 10+, hold 4. On a 7-9, hold 2. As you build the trap spend your hold one for one to add these features:

- • It doesn’t go off unexpectedly
- • It is hard to disarm
- • It is hard to detect
- • It affects more than one creature
- • It drops, pushes or throws a creature.
