Hello xxxx Please Open Your Task Manager then select Processes and check if there was "war.exe" or " Warcraft III/Frozen Throne" about running, click it then end process it, after that try again (Task Manager > Processes > war.exe or Warcraft III/Frozen Throne > End Task)

Open your RGC Folder then go in gs > wc3tft / rgc, there are 5 files such as Frozen Throne.exe + game.dll + Storm.dll + war3.exe. Copy them into your Warcraft folder then open RGC go Menu > Setting > DotA then click in find and give war3.exe address of Warcraft folder

Hello xxxx You don't have to Download and Use External Programs or Warkeys to Customize your keyboard when playing a Game I will make a step by step instruction for you to understand and avoid doing mistakes :)
1st Step: Download the Latest map, https://www.epicwar.com/maps/292541/ (If you downloaded the map already then we can proceed on the next step)
2nd Step: Go To Warcraft III Folder, it should be like this: https://prnt.sc/otvzkh
3rd Step: Open that file, it will Open a NotePad (You can edit it to customize your keyboard when playing e.g. https://prnt.sc/otw2mb )
