- Skill: Ki Control 2
- Reason: Atm ki control is really really harsh on drains with beams and such in play (A single kamehameha put me up to 90 fatigue while fighting today.). While fusion core could resolve all these issues I'm trying to keep some brakes on myself with having UI already and desiring to progress further at the end. I dont have ki control 1 yet but I'm hoping that I can jump up to 2.
- Ki Control in itself fits anyways because of the fighting style of UI. Vegas can practice to learn to utilize and conserve her energy better.
