San Diego Men, Masculinity & Feminism Discussion Group

This is a pro-feminist group for discussing issues surrounding men, masculinity and oppression.  We welcome all genders, races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, bodies, ages, and backgrounds.  The group is focused on the issues with sexism and male identity (including trans identities).

Topics range from:

• The way gender roles and sexism play out in our lives
• What we can do to fight sexism, as well as racism and other oppressions
• What it means to be a male feminist
• The relationship between sexism and other forms of oppression, including racism and classism
• The intersection between masculinity and other parts of our identities, including our race/ethnicity, our age, and our class
