Get ready for Summer!



Team:

Get healthy together by participating in "LOSE TO WIN", the new employee team weight loss program!

The program runs for 12 weeks.  The start date is Monday, April 9th and ends Monday, July 2nd.
It's a team effort, so individual weight or weight loss is not measured, but rather collectively.  What does this mean?  That a scale will be available for each team to weigh in together.
The more you lose together, the better chance your team has of winning more prizes.
The goal is 3% team weight loss.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW NOW!

Sign up sheets will be outside of Val's office, starting today, Thursday, 3/22.
Form teams of 5-10 participants.
Select team captains for each team.
Identify team with their own team name (example:  The Weight Warriors.)
Those that do not wish to directly participate in the weight loss program, but would still like to be part of a team, are encouraged to take on alternative roles on the team, such as motivator and monitor.
Progress will be tracked with four team weigh-in dates (No individual weights will be recorded).
You can begin registering today, March 22nd through April 2nd, which will be the last day to register.
Once your teams are formed, and have chosen a captain, we will begin by meeting with those captains to kick-off the program, which will include roles and responsibilities.
There will be motivational tips and reminders throughout the 12 week program to help move it along.


NOTE TO SACRAMENTO EMPLOYEES ONLY:  Since the group scale is only located in Blue Bell, the workaround will be for those employees to weigh in separately, and combine the weights for the totals for each team.  Sales personnel can join the Sacramento office.
