All right so the issue still persists. If you want to know my PC specs, it's a HP Pavilion 15 laptop, 2018 edition, with 12gbs of RAM, 240GB SSD, 1tb HDD, 2gb of MX130 GPU. The game works pretty fine now but missing props error still persist, including the ones related to iKON's mods like

This happens at the bar in the south of the map, there used to be a desk and some lights here but now it doesn't. Same with the other entrance.

And also traffic lights are disappeared, actually, sometimes it's there but sometimes it just disappears for no reason. Like these places.

Is it because of Map Builder? Because a few months ago it also causes problems to me, it crashes the game on load or random areas the map. I also got Map Editor and Menyoo, both work very fine, and I also change the gameconfig.xml and adjust the heap adjuster to a higher value.
