Terms of Payment

**Terms and Conditions for Payment Using Cryptocurrency**

1. **Selection of Cryptocurrency**
The buyer is required to specify the type of cryptocurrency to be used for the transaction. Domain Super only accepts payments in three types of cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Monero (XMR). Our primary preference is Monero (XMR), but this can be adjusted based on prevailing conditions and circumstances.

2. **Request for Wallet Address**
The buyer must send an email to **[email protected]** with a subject and content explicitly requesting our cryptocurrency wallet address. Emails unrelated to the transaction will be ignored.

3. **Email Response Time**
Domain Super will respond to the email containing the wallet address details within 1x24 hours after the request email is received. If the buyer does not receive a response within this timeframe, it is recommended to try sending the email from an alternative email address, as the previous email may have been blocked by our spam system.

4. **Details of the Email Response**
Our email response will only include information related to the cryptocurrency wallet address that can be used for payment. We do not provide guidance or technical explanations on how to transfer cryptocurrency. Buyers are expected to independently seek such information through available sources, such as Google.

5. **Payment Deadline**
Once our wallet address is provided, the buyer is required to complete the payment within 1x24 hours. If the payment is not received within this period, the transaction will be automatically considered void.

6. **Process After Payment is Received**
If the payment is successfully received, we will send a follow-up email containing details about the registrar to be used for the domain transfer process.
6.1. The domain transfer process will begin no earlier than 2x24 hours (2 DAYS) after the payment is confirmed (excluding Sundays or national holidays).
6.2. Domain transfers will be conducted in bulk for 5 domains at a time.
6.3. The brand or name of the registrar used will be determined entirely by Domain Super.
6.4. If real-time communication is required, we will provide our SESSION username via email to facilitate the process.
6.5. In the event that a domain fails or is prohibited from being transferred, we will issue a refund proportional to the value of the failed domain.

7. **Post-Domain Transfer Responsibility**
After all domains have been successfully transferred to the buyer, the responsibility of Domain Super is considered fulfilled. Any issues or challenges arising after the domain transfer process is completed are entirely the buyer's responsibility. Domain Super reserves the right to refuse further assistance regarding such matters.

By proceeding with the payment process, the buyer is deemed to have understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated above.
