A 56 seat Democratic majority in the Senate and 221 seat majority in the House allows Harris to pass an eleven dollar minimum wage, a slight lowering of the corporate tax rates by about 4%, a 3% tax cut on the bottom two income tax brackets, a 5% value-added tax, and a combination of Alexander-Murray and Wyden-Bennett. Harris’s focus on economics comes back to bite her, as the economy tanks in July of 2024.

- A minimum supplemental income of up to $15,000(for singles making under $20,000 a year)/$37,500(for married couples making under $48,000 a year).

- A universal basic income for people over 65, up to $18,000(for singles who made an average of under $180,000 annually in the five prior years; all with a net worth, excluding one car and a home, over $360,000, exempted)/$45,000(for married couples >65 who made an average of under $450,000 annually in the five prior years; all with a net worth, excluding one car and a single home, over $900,000, exempted.)

- VAT of 15%

- Income tax brackets(1: 6%, 2: 12%, 3: 17%, 4: 21%; 5: 24%, 6: 29%, 7: 33%, 8: 40%); the eighth tax bracket has the current minimum of the seventh bracket multiplied by 2.5.

- Gasoline Tax: 28.4 cents(+10.0); Diesel Fuel tax: 38.4 cents(+14.0)

- Elimination of FICA tax on the first $100,000 for singles, and on the first $240,000 for married couples, but after that it is set at a rate of 8.2%

- Tax credit of $4,200 for married couples for each child, for up to four children; tax credit of $1,800 for single parents for each child, for up to four children(this is universal for the bottom four tax brackets, and supplemental to none for the fifth bracket)

- States allowed to ban abortion after 24 or 30 weeks by referendum, with exceptions for rape, incest, and health/life of the mother, if the turnout for the referendum is >50% and it wins by >55%
