in this letter i will recount for you the events of tuesday september 28

it started at 3:46pm
with a phone call when i picked up the caller hung up
i called back at 3:47pm
i was received by a angry sounding person who immediatly asked who i was
and refused to admit they had called first
i hung up


i then sent a text message
its contents consisted of "maby you need to review your recently dialed
numbers i just checked and you did call me first maby a wrong number?"

at 3:53pm

i recived a reply that consisted of
"FUCK YOU I Love Twinkies"

i replied at 3:54pm (somewhat agitated at this point)
"what exactly is your deal"

i received another reply at 3:57pm it consisted of

"if you text me or call me ill call the police 911 I Love Twinkies"

at 3:59pm i replied

"um no you initiated this communication futhermore iv been polite youv been
agressive in addition people with listed numbers should not make threats"

at 4:02pm i recieved a reply
"fuck you I Love Twinkies"

at 4:02pm i replied(more then slightly agrivated at this point)

"your numbers getting traced you picked the wrong number to fuck with"


at 4:25pm i then proceeded to read out your home adress
"1035 13th street the risuccis of west babylon corrent? please be carefull
who you mess with your nowhere near as secure as you belive"

at 4:31 i sent another message contianing
"not so bold all of a sudden this is the danger of making prank calls and
anyone can trace numbers never use your own phone and especially not a
landline in your home"

at 4:33pm i recived the message
"STOP PLEASE!!!!"

at 4:38pm i replied
"i will as soon as you admit you called me first and tell me why then il
delete the info i have on you and youll never have to talk to me again"

at 4:41pm i recived a message
"i did call you first and i didnt know it was your # I Love Twinkies"

4:41pm i sent
"kk have at good day"

then i sent another message at 4:52pm(after this conflict had been resolved
i wanted to extend freindship)
message was "last thing we were never introduced im sam witch risucci are
you"


the reply came at 4:56pm
"Mary I love Twinkies"

at 4:59pm i said
"aside from all this its nice to meet you"

at 5:07pm i recived
"stop texting this number I Love Twinkies"

at 5:07pm i replied
"haha kk mary be more carefull in the future you never know whos on the
other end"



at witch point you mr louis risucci picked up the conversation i assume you
need no log
this information is provided to show
1. i did not initiate the call
2. i was polite
and 3. i tried to warn your child about how dangerous what he was doing was

i did not accept yoru phone calls
because i know how protetive a parent feels over there child
and i did not want to be met with a screeming defensive father
i gave you my email adress you refused to contact it
i then found yours

i have given you the record of this conversation
please monitor your childs phone usage more activly
or next time he might run into sumone more malicious then i

i have deleted your personal information from our systems
