Sadly, I do not. But I am interested in learning some.

how much time can you commit to SynexMC as a Staff member?
Weekdays I can commit about 7-8 hours and weekends 9-10, Depending if I have sports or anything else, But as Holidays are coming I will be able to commit a lot more time, Perhaps 10-11, With gaps inbetween.

Why do you want this
I would really like this rank to help out the server, I see people often asking for help and I cannot help them as much as I wish, I'm 14, and quite mature for my age. I know everyone tends to say that, but I nearly never get angry with anyone, and instead deal with it how it should be dealt with. As an average player, I've contributed by reporting players & exploits, & have guided some newcomers along their experience, I always try my best to guide more players along if they need assistance in general.

How do you think you can assist the server?
I believe I can assist this server by helping out the community, I also know plugins well, I often see players ask for help and not recieve it, as this happens to me I know how annoying / rude it seems, Yet, If I was to be accepted I would help as many people as I possibly can, I can also play up to 8hours a day which i think is more than enough. I can be a positive role-model and great representative for the server and staff and I am able to help and interact with all types of people, and am more than willing to go out of my way to solve certain problems. I would put a great deal of effort into every scenario.

Spamming - Warn followed by a temp-mute

Tell us a bit about yourself:
I am 14 years old, 15 in March 2018, I like to record hackers and pvp, I often build bases or cannon if I'm bored, I can cannon pretty well, But Not those big ones, I'm still learning those. I am a pretty friendly guy but I can get mad if I find it extremely annoying, I have a high tolerance tho for most things, I am friends with nearly the entire server, I don't really have any 'enemies' I'm pretty nice towards everyone, I don't often get reports or anything. I like to help players whenever I can as well if they're confused with something.

Why should we picked you as staff over others?
I have some extensive knowledge of hacked clients because I have had my personal experience with them. I am an understanding guy with an alright sense of humor that hopefully adds a bit of fun to the game.

Do you have any previous experiences? If yes, list the name of each server.
Yes, I do. I was once a Manager on a server which shut down due to the Owner being extremely busy with IRL stuff, I was a mod on a server called Emenbee, But I resigned due to lack of players, It used to have over 150, I have been Mod on a few other servers a while back.  I do have pretty good staff experience all together.

Are you able to be online 15 hours [max] in a week?
Yes, I can be on for a lot more then 15 hours a week.

Extra:
I completely understand that this is a difficult job to undertake, but I am willing to do good things for the community that I have loved for several months now. I've been around on enough servers to know how things can turn out if a staff member does not give their 100% to their community, it usually ends up with the Owner regretting their decision to make that person a member of staff and it usually requires cleaning up after the person. I believe it is silly to become something you can't personally manage to be.
