Blues' sword is named Icy Beast. When it's activated, it resembles a short wakizashi with ribbons that are colored red, blue and yellow on the pommel. It allows the wielder to sprout fangs and claws akin to the animal embodied in the weapon (A Luxray etched onto the blade). It has two techniques; first, it allows the wielder to strike with inhuman precision. Second, it allows the wielder to track their opponent by sight like a real Luxray.

How Blues looks like:

Blues is a little shorter than your normal Riolu, with his nine tails hanging over his head by four inches. Blues' tails, which are big and puffy like a real ninetails' tails would be, are colored dark blue at the base of the tails where they meet his back bone and baby blue with a few drops of red in it. On top of Blues' tails are stars like a normal Shinx, Luxio, and Luxray.

His left eye is colored like a wild strawberry with a hint of violet in it, a wave of violet moving about inside his eye. Or a marble that have lovely colors inside, looking like they're dancing with one another, even though they're standing still.

The right eye is lava color mix (a shade of red), mixed with a few drops of persian blue. It has the same marble effects as his left eye. Bits of both colors of eyes mix between one another as they seem to fight for control.

Blues is a rather odd being, other than the obvious things listed from before. Blues has the braiding of a Lucario, hanging from the back of his head and a few inches down. To go along with the hair style, Blues also have the ears of a Shinx, even though his only family member who's fully one of the Shinx family is the king.

Backstory:

	Blues, an young and overly happily hybrid of a Riolu and a Ninetales, shortened to just Riotails, lives in an old style town, where every house is made from wood and/or stone. It is in a deep forest, protecting it from outside invasion. The Town is name Unicorn's Orb Village or UOV for short, even though there is no unicorn there. The town has your normal things a town would need; a bank, a farmer's market, an inn, and a small castle, named Korinku Keep, which sits in the back of the town. It is just three floors tall.

The town's king is named Katsumi Shouten, an old feral Luxray. His fur has turned grey with age. The king is married to an anthro Leafeon name Amaya, the queen of the town. Both are the great-great-grandma and great-great-grandpa to Blues, who is the son to a Lucatails (Lucario + Ninetails (the dad)) named Shiruba (Silver), and a Luxray (the mom) name Kyuuka (summer), who's the granddaughter to King Katsumi and Queen Amaya.

The Shoutens lives in a small wooden house that's near the king's home. kyuuka picked to start a family outside the family's castle, wanting to care for someone on her own, prove to herself that she's able to care for a kid. Shiruba, who took on his mate's family's last name, his own last name was Takeru (warrior), which is his job, one of the town's top warriors/Soul-reaper to make ensure the safety of the town's people from hollows.

Blues likes to play in the town's forest. It is walled in, so the children have a safe place to play. It also makes a nice covering for the farmland and  the training grounds for the warriors and a few in-training Soul-reapers if they need to get some time alone to clear their minds.

The town's old traditions, that have been set out by the king many, many years ago, is for all the males and herms to go and find their inner power, or formally known as Zanpuk-to by outsiders of the town, and face one of the older members of the town's Soul-reapers to prove that they've learned how to talk to their swords and learn their Zanpuk-tos names to fully tap into their powers.

It was soon time for Blues' generation to learn and find their powers on their own, without help nor food and water from the town's people. As the kids start to learn how to go into their minds, meditating, and fighting for themselves to feed on whatever they can find, Blues was busy with having fun, playing with a few animals that call the town's forest home.

As time passed in the forest, Blues playfully runs after some cottontails around some trees, soon finding himself at the hare's hole. He playfully giggles as he put his hand in the hole, saying:

"Come out little bunnies, I just want to play~"

He said in his playful voice, trying to get them out. He soon heard birds flying away and a growl. He didn't think much of it, as he bet it was on the other side of the wall. He did not care much about it until he heard the same growling from behind him. As Blues turned around, he spotted a Hollow appearing in front of him looking like a failed experiment of a Charizard with a hole in its chest.

Blues was shocked with fear, finding himself unable to move his body, even though his mind is yelled at him to run. Blues' heart beat like it was going at sixty miles per hour as the hollow move closer to him. Blues' sub-consciousness pulled him into his inner world. Blues found himself falling though the sky, with the hollow's mouth opened up on the ground and waiting for him to drop in.

As Blues slowly fell to his doom, a voice starts to speak into his ear, saying;

"If you want to live, find your animal self... Learn how to tap into your animal side or die."

The voice said as if the speaker did not care for the event that was happening , just wanting to see the outcome of it all. Blues was scarde to his bones, finding the Hollow's mouth slowly growing bigger as he neared it. Soon, Blues felt an odd force running though his blood, like fire is filling him up, feeling his claws growing far past their normal length as the hollow closed its mouth around him.

"Tsumetai Kedamono!"

Blues yelled out, waking up from his inner world and back to the real one. Blues had acquired an set of gauntlet-like claws, looking like he was born with it and it gone into his body with the Luxray rings around his arms, colored red rather than yellow. Blues have gotten a large set of fangs like a fully grown Luxray, with yellow and red eyes as well.

With a fast movement, he goes onto all fours, like a wild beast is controlling his mind. Blues attacks with two claw swings, breaking the Hollow's 2nd and 5th neck bones, killing the Hollow faster than a blink of the eye.

Blues turned around, watching the Hollow turn its head around to look at him, a shocked look in its face as it faded into nothing. Blues felt a bit odd, as he had never gone through something like that before. Blues found himself with a set of swords, one on his back and another shorter one on his hip. He sheathes his sword, sealing the power back up. He didn't give much mind to it as he went back to the town. Blues went back to his room though the window, sleeping off the fight he had.

Soon, the King called upon all the kids who had learned and found their swords and their names. The king was informed about the Hollow attack that happened in the town's forest, telling Blues had already shown his powers ready, and dealt with something that could have gone far worse.  The king gave Blues a pass on the test, allowing him to go out of the town and live his life.
