Alliance Stuff

THING THAT NEED DOING:

increase discord activity - voice and text
get confirmation from recruit guilds
decide on if we're splitting NA and EU - having current discord as our community discord for all games we may branch out to
order and balance numbers so either way we have roughly the same size of forces in NA and EU
observe activity in text and voice to see who could be useful with the newly created "Mr.Speaker" role - name subject to change
Settle on a name for the alliance/community if we go that way - also website?
host events be it cards against humanity for a bit or a raid in something like ASTA online
GAMES NIGHT - 30th of April (sunday) at roughly 3pm (GMT), 0am (JNT - Psyke only), 10am (EST)???, 7am(PST)?????

HOW WE DO IT:

increase discord activity - voice and text
	-be in there yourselves - i will be in as much as i can too but you all have your own guilds to talk to i get that too
	-join speculations if you're around - maybe share to guild that people are talking about x or y in general/ashes channel (renaming recruitment)
	-just showing your face :D not literally if you dont wanna - might save your selfie to HDD - Thicc.

get confirmation from recruit guilds
	-this is going to be kinda long to do. we havent had much from Mr.Swifthooh, Guts or Vidar so maybe dropping a pm their way (legend?)
	-one of the things vintersol said was that he is interested in how our community is - so maybe games night will sell it for him - he had fun mon
	-hardest one to get a yes out of will be alerion.
	-battlewarth has gone quiet but was talking a lot a couple of days ago so maybe leave him til last, he might come back.

Decide if we're splitting Na and EU
	-Decision needs to be made - i think a fair voting system as we have our management structure for this - talk to your guilds see what they say.
	-strawpoll? bot thing? (J^y?) Other options?
	-where do we go from after there? - i have some ideas but after our decision we'll deal with it then.

order and balance numbers
	-check we have everyone in the right guilds, get a member count going, maybe a class list going? (Lafi?)
	-grant all branch and main seats power to give roles to their incoming - gives you guys some more power and means you dont wait on me to wake up

observe activity in text and voice
	-as you may know i promoted Evil, Psyke and Yurakuu to Mr.Speaker role - asking them to try to keep chat alive - maybe a few more but NA side?
	-also want to find a way to get everyone's t!profile from tatsumaki - Script?, gets member list, gets profiles of all,  saves image, cleans up

Settle on a name for the alliance/community
	-strawpoll with all ideas on (caedes)
	-promote the vote of name (everyone)

host events for social interaction
	-monday night was lit - lets do more. :D
	-games night coming up
	-asta guild setting up today (26/04 (EU DATE)) (Greevs)
	-REND commanding and grinding (Lafi)
