Hello everyone, it's Abdullah, or as you may know, Saudi_Arab. I've been getting questions asked about what's been going on lately with NJT, BMS, and other relevant Discord servers. This is the place to get those questions answered, the truthful and complete way.

The Case:
On Saturday, one of my staff discovered a game that uses our older Rails Unlimited Amrail Genesis model. This game is at https://www.roblox.com/games/2891091786/Outside-Update-Michigan-Model-Railroad-Club, and the game icon screams 'stolen Amrail', http://prntscr.com/nfhg3b. I visited said game and unfortunately, joined a server with an ex-friend (who got jealous of my success and turned on me, just like ReadingAndNorthern and a few others involved as usual), Train_Cody, and got banned, but I did get enough picture evidence.

After this discovery, I formally messaged ReadingAndNorthern over Roblox DM's, http://prntscr.com/nfhgls and once he received this message, he tried responding in the most toxic way possible - it never sent as I disabled direct messages from him after my response, https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/264181139596378112/569250868939980906/unknown.png. ReadingAndNorthern then went on and complained in his Ro-Gauge server along with making a scene in the Strasburg, NJT, and who-knows-what-else servers, trying to spark up drama.

The Result:
As usual, the immature preteens in those servers resorted to old insults and rumors that went stale and have since been dimissed with valid evidence, trying to find excuses. OpenRailer90 literally went and said that I was 'probably just butthurt that they're similar', but in reality, the item was literally downscaled.

The real culprit however, is not ReadingAndNorthern, *BUT* he was called out because he uploaded the game icon of our asset, therefore HE WAS CAUGHT. We have reported and gone after other offenders who violate our stolen content policy, but ReadingAndNorthern is self-centered and wants people to sympathize for him. Unturned_Dev is the original user who made the Ro-Gauge Amrail content by shrinking down our asset and slapping the DCC system onboard. He has been banned indefinitely with no revoke for this action.

Our stolen content policy is not new. We announce numerous times that offenders will be banned, and it is even listed on the thread I have in the Roblox Developer Forum.

Additional information from one of the listed toxic server's off-topic channel is that MBTAPanAm_Railfan encourages raiding and there was even talk that they did do raids.

Questions:
Q: Why can't you just let this go?
A: Because our content is our property regardless how old it is. We have the right to protect it. Would you be upset if something you took hours and hours of labor, R&D, and time was stolen and plagiarized? Remember, plagiarism is a crime.

Q: Could this have been avoided?
A: Maybe. It certainly could have if ReadingAndNorthern simply complied with our terms and removed the offending items, but he did not. Instead, it escalated due to him failing to understand copyright - Roblox's UGC policy states that content on Roblox can be copyrighted by users given they meet the criteria, which we have.

Q: Can I join these servers and raid them?
A: No. At Rails Unlimited, we condemn raiding of any kind and it will just get YOU banned from our franchise instead. Discord's own ToS states that server raiding is not allowed, and on Roblox, remember Quackity? Yeah.
