You always have to use professional and formal ways to deal with players.

If you are not dealing with players and staff members respectfully you will be immediately demoted.

You have to respect other staff members even if they are under training or with a rank less than you.

When it comes to someone hacking or being racist you always have to be strict.

(as an advice) Never ask for promotion that will reduce your chance.

You always have to praise the server around other players and spread positive energy.

you Can NEVER ban someone with a higher rank than you, but you can report.

If you're reporting a staff member a player or any person hacking or saying bad words make sure to screen shot before taking action.

You have to be active at least 3 hours a week or you will be demoted unless you have a strong excuse.

Abusing your powers to others might lead to an immediate demotion.

Never ban a player for any reason unless you are the highest staff rank online.
