  1. SOULFORGER (Homebrew class by SSD@K)
  2. Full Arcane Casting, Spontaneous Caster, Sorc progression
  3. Witch Spellist, Variable casting stat, D6 HD, 1/2 BAB and 4+INT Skills, no armor, Simple+Kukri, Battleaxe, Scythe

  5. ABILITIES:
  6. Aspect - Choose casting stat, grants certain benefits (cast in armor, ranged death knell, etc)
  7. Aspect Foundation - Casting Stat, Starting benefits. Defines Reservoir size and effects from fill, Soulforge Slot progression and Unique Aspect Bonuses, and more.
  8. Bonus Spell - Gain a bonus Spell Known, from a list depending on your Aspect.
  9. Aspect Piece - Permanently forge a part of your Aspect's power to your soul for a benefit. Usually alters base abilities, grants new abilities or unlocks Unique Aspect Bonuses. May have multiple Ranks, in which case the Piece may be taken several times for increased benefits.
  10. Unique Aspect Bonus - Can be unlocked either by using a Soulforge Slot to equip it or an Aspect Piece to permanently forge it.
  11. Steal Soul - Gain souls from using Death Knell and similar effects on foes. Gain Death Knell SLA.
  12. Soul Gain - An aspect-specific method to steal souls without normal magic.
  13. Reservoir - Store souls for future use. Depending on your Aspect, how many souls you have stored may give you bonuses.
  14. Consume Soul - Use souls to fuel your powers, depending on your Aspect. You may only consume a number of souls at a time equal to 1+half your level.
  15. Forge Soul - Reforge your own soul using souls you've taken, gaining set effects like equipment. Forged Souls can be upgraded to one of the same type but higher level - remove the cost for the lower level version from the higher level version when forging it.
  16. Soulforge Slots - The amount of Forged Souls you can have equipped at a given time.
  17. Soulforge Inventory Slots - The amount of Forged Souls you can have stored and unequipped at a given time.
  18. Reap Souls - AoE Death Knell that works as a limited Power Word: Kill scaling with level
  19. Aspect Embodiment - Gives you double effects of your Unique Aspect Bonuses, Doubles the value of Souls you gain for the purpose of Forge Soul, Unique Aspect Capstone.

  42. Forged Souls:
  43. SHARD OF MAGIC - Grants an extra spell slot. To forge, must spend souls worth 1/10 of the cost of a Pearl of Power of equivalent spell level (cannot exceed your highest spell level).

  48. Aspects:
  49. Blood: (Melee-focused, CHA-based) Gains increased BAB and protective abilities, gaining power from drawing his enemies lifeblood in battle.
  50.  
  51. Savant:(Buff-focused, CHA-based) Turns his Reservoir into a font of magical power that empowers himself and his allies, drawing power from those dying nearby.
  52.  
  53. Sage: (Casting-focused, INT-based) Alters the nature of his magic using his Reservoir and metamagic powers, his power grows from those he slays with his magic.

  55. Smith: (Forge-focused, INT-based) Bolstering himself with both armor and a vast array of Forged Souls, he can imbue weapons with the ability to draw power for him which he can then take for himself.

  57. Spirit:(Soul-focused, WIS-based) Adept at drawing out unique abilities from the souls he steals, he draws power from Soul Gems and those slain by his stolen powers.

  59. Truth: (Reservoir focused, WIS-based) His two-faced nature lets him use his Reservoir to bolster his power or dispel others', drawing strength by exposing his enemies as he slays them.

  61. WIS casting, Bonus spell from Shaman spellist, Reservoir 4+WIS +2 every level, Soulforge Slots 1 at lv2 then 1 every 6 levels (2, 8, 14, 20), Soulforge Inventory Slots equal Soulforge Slots x2
  62. Consume Soul: True Magic - As a Free action when casting a spell, consume 1 Soul to increase any parameter dependent on Caster Level (including effective CL for piercing SR) by 1.
  63. Soul Gain: Secret Truth - You may use Steal Soul against a Humanoid enemy that you have correctly identified the race of with a Knowledge check, by touching and stating a truth about them as a swift action; this can only be done after performing a melee attack or melee touch attack that reduces them below 0 HP.
  64. Unique Aspect Bonus: Forged Truth - You add one spell to your class spell list and to your spells known. This Forged Soul must be created from a spellcaster with access to the spell you wish to learn (in a spellbook/familiar, as a spell known or as a spell-like ability), and an additional number of Souls equal to 2x the level of the Spell. Aspect Embodiment makes this Forged Soul grant a second spell of the same level, chosen randomly from the same spell list as the first.
  65. Aspect Embodiment Capstone: Truthmaker - Once per day when your Reservoir is empty, you may instantly refill it to full. If your reservoir is full and you have the Empty Truths piece, you may gain the benefits of Empty Truths as if your Reservoir was empty for 1 minute; you cannot consume any souls during this time.
  66. Aspect Pieces:
  67. Truthseeker - Detect Thoughts/Seek Thoughts as SLA, bonus to Sense Motive equal to 2x rank in this Piece. SLA: Rank 1 1/day and at will against Souls stolen within the last Hour, Rank 2 2/day and at will as melee touch (and Seek Thoughts vs souls as Rank 1), Rank 3 At Will, Seek Thoughts 1/day and at will as melee touch and vs souls
  68. Outside Truth - You may use Secret Truth against intelligent Outsiders, Monstrous Humanoids and Magical Beasts as well as humanoids.
  69. Complete Truth - As long as your Reservoir is at least half full, you gain an additional Aspect Piece. You gain a second Piece upon reaching 3/4ths full, and a third at maximum capacity.
  70. Empty Truths - As long as your Reservoir is empty, you gain anti-magic spells as Spell-like abilities and Spell Resistance, depending on ranks in this Piece. Rank 1: 6+Level, Dispel Magic 1/day Rank 2: 11+Level, Dispel Magic 3/day, Greater Dispel Magic 1/day Rank 3: Dispel Magic At Will, Greater Dispel Magic 3/day, Antimagic Field 1/day
  71. Restore Truth - As a Free action when dispelling, counterspelling or otherwise attempting to remove a magic effect using your own, you may boost the effective caster level of your caster level check by 1 for each soul consumed.
