My character Douglas Loretta is an Italian American who tries his luck in his mob, at his early age he was just a bartender in a serveal bars and was about to be a chef in Providence but due to IC reason it didn't sucess. He kept on with cooking in a rather old and smelly food truck around Los Santos, due to the owner of the food truck left the country he kept his job as a bar tender in Sharky for a quiet time. By time passed Douglas met few character within the mob and started to move into more shady things. He kept on working as bartender but used to do delivers. Douglas was always speaking about opening his own place, and getting it work under himself and without other. As things happened Douglas got funds as a loan from one of the Mob member and got himself money to open a place. Douglas at the start tried to run a small restaurant name TERRA & MARE for a few days but it failed due to the small location. Nowadays Douglas is still in debt and he is looking for a place to get his business up and running.

My character would obtain the lease by going through a regular lease conduct using of looking for a place to rent IC'ly and filling the doucments, my character is not an ex-felon or any kind of criminal, The business will run legaly to hide the character other jobs or money earnd. The money for the rent to the lease will be givin out of the money he got from the Mob as a loan.

  47. Leasing bring the option to every player to full-fill there dream of owning a business and let people progress even though it is not easy out there. Earning enough to own your own business is almost impossible for new players. The lease system brings a great economical change to the normal player and to the game itself due to more money been spend and moving. It has the role in the server of letting other people the chance of opening a business without been a multie bilionare with 70 milion sitting in your fat bank account, you can get things running for yourself by sending an application.

  50. I am planning on influence the server with a something rather new a gaming hub which will try to get more teenagers from Los Santos to be around. The place will have gaming consoles, computers and even VR. Although most of it is passion RP we will try to bring it as realistic as possible, also running a eSports betting from there. The place will also serve food and drinks as any gaming hub nowadays tries. The place
  51. will try to unite all different RP'ers either if it is gangbangers or people from Vinewood and such. It will try to connect people through tech items and so on. The place will also be a small hangout for serveal young mob member to launder and sell drugs at the place. The place will host big events at big games and will try to give a different view of eSports to LS-RP. The thing that is lost in LS-RP will be the behind the stage RP which is mean RPing not just having the equipment but actually getting it will be one of our goals by getting other Pawnshops or logestics companies in our help. We will try to get as many people as possible invovle in the business by getting it as a regular hangout for people who are looking to have fun.

  53. I think I got the knowledge to run a business as I did leased a business before which was running for a almost 2 solid months. I had multiply house decoreated business and I had one till recently which was a pawnshop. I do got the knowledge and I know how to address and develop a business. I want to get this business to come to others which mean I will go to each business manager and try to create roleplay with him. Develop and create. Roleplay a gaming hub is different though because we are trying to mix what is called passion roleplay in a bigger expect. Also running it with a small bar and a kitchen to progress.
