- Hose Carrier - A utility truck that carries hoses, usually for fires that are difficult to access with an Engine
- Heavy Rescue - A giant tow truck used to lift cars and collapsed parts of buildings
- RAT - Rehab air tender, a Trailer truck with extra air tanks and portable restroom for prolonged fires
- Light Unit - Truck with extra lights for emergency scenes
- Water Tender - Truck with a big ol' tank of water
- Fuel Tender - Same as above, but carries jet fuel for air operations. LAFD used to have Gas and Diesel, not sure if they were phased out.
