Yes I have actually, on multiple occasions, I can’t remember the exact server names anymore because I’ve been playing gmod for like forever. I’ve been staff on a few DarkRP servers and I never got any complaints, I’ve always did my best to maintain a good status and always helped everyone who needed help (ofcourse). I have also been staff on a few Deathrun servers, not that you do a lot on there but it was fun. The only reason that stopped me for being staff there is because the servers shutted down. They were pretty big servers though so yeah.

I feel like I could offer a lot more then what I do now, I want to be able to help the server in any way I can, and when being staff you obviously are able to do a lot more. I want to keep peace in the server and keep minges, hackers and quite possibly NH2RP’s out of the server. I’m a very active person aswell, which is ofcourse a big must when it comes to being staff. I love the community and that’s one of the reasons why I would like to be staff. Another reason is that I want to help people who have any issues or questions, at the moment hey know they can always come to me if they need assistance in something (when a staff member is not needed), they can always count on me. I think I could provide the server with the needed assistance and help out if needed. I also want people to feel comfortable, what I mean by that Is, I want people to feel like they are accepted in the community, that they can count on a staff member when they need one, that they always get the assistance they need because at the end of the day, if a person gets excluded, if they are just wandering alone, they won’t be getting much fun out of it, right? I’m a very active person in the server, what I mean by this is not active as in active time (what I talked about before) but I mean that I interact with a lot of people when I’m online. Which makes me pretty known aswell, I can’t come up with any names right now of people that I don’t know and don’t know me. I’m outstanding in a lot of things aswell, (NOT BRAGGING) I’m pretty intelligent, I learn quick, my aim is outstanding, ok, enough of the bragging, sorry. I’m also like everything being planned, if I’m assigned to do something I always do my best to succeed and will always try to prove myself in any way I can. For the people that know me (which is a lot), they know that I’m capable of a lot and they know that I’m determined to the things I do. (150 words)

I’m an old timer, I guess haha, I’ve been on the server for about a year I think, well if not a year, it’s been a pretty long time. I was inactive for a long time though because the server was kinda dying sometimes or it could be because of the regiment I was in, not a lot of people were so active so it sucked running about, alone, just like not doing anything but that changed now. Another reason was because of school work, now I’m in my senior year (fuck me, ikr). So yeah. I can be active a lot, like, when it comes to vacations, weekends I can be on for more then 6+ hours a day, I’m a very active person, I don’t do anything much except sleeping, school, gaming and going out so yeah. I’m mostly in a good mood which makes me very social and I love interacting with other people since I always want to understand them and learn more from them.. I’m able to handle a lot of situations, problems, issues (idk if it’s the same, I’m not English). I want to keep minges out and rule breakers. I’ve always been respectful to people, with people I mean fellow clones, fleet and staff. I love helping out people, because I love getting helped out myself, and it’s always a pleasure to get helped out and helping out others. I’m a very quick responder, which means that when a problem occurs, I’ll be one of the first ones to go help out and try to solve the issue. Mad ass reflexes fam. I never pick sides, I’m always neutral, which is ofcourse needed as a staff member. Another reason to pick me is probably because i'm trustful/truthful, I am always honest and sincere.(300 words)

I can provide a lot, I’m a very active member, I’m determined to help the community and I want to bring a lot to the table. I’m very active on teamspeak and the site aswell. I want to be able to help people when no other staff members are active aswell, what I mean is I want to be able to help out with whitelisting and minges when no one else is active, though I have seen that the server has actually grown a lot and most of the staff members are active a lot too at late times but yeah. I also want to assist in making events, spawning enemies, setting up players with models, weapons. What does suck is that I’m not very creative but yeah, I’m not born with all outstanding features xD. I can contribute my help, my thoughts, etc… I am always there for someone aswell. (151 words)

[u][b]STAFFING SITUATIONS[/b][/u]

[u]If a cadet is refusing to co-operate and get trained what would you do?:[/u]
I would first ask the cadet why they don’t want to co-operate and explain to them that they have to in order to be able to play.
If they literally say they are there to minge or something like that, I would kick them straight away with the message that people like them are not accepted In our community. If they do proceed to join back, I will tell them to behave and RP, if they do not obey and seriously are NH2RP then I would find the appropriate punishment for them, quite possibly discuss with the other staff members on what his punishment should be.

[u]If someone was RPing as a Donald Trump what would you do?:[/u]
I would firstly ask them to change their name because as stated in the rules it’s not allowed to use such names, (neither is “Darth Vader”) and state them the rule that it’s forbidden.. If they do not listen and keep their name that way, I would warn them, if they still don’t change it I would either kick or ban them depending on how they acted

[u]If someone was going around and had mass RDMd but claimed he was allowed to do so by a T-MOD as part of an event what would you do?:[/u]
I would teleport the player to me and freeze him, or the other way around. Get an ST to take him to brig. State the RDM’er the golden rule and call for the T-MOD that ordered him to.

If the T-MOD does state they have ordered him to, then I would warn the T-MOD for Ordering a trooper to FailRP and I would also warn the RDM’er that it’s not allowed to break the golden rule or any of the rules even if it was ordered by higher-ups or staff.

If the T-MOD states that he/she didn’t order this to then I would tell the trooper that he broke the rules and should read them first, I would provide him the link and kick him.

If in both cases he does proceed to RDM, then I would ban him.

[u]You see a staff member abuse a user, what should you do?:[/u]
Contact a higher staff member then the staff member that is abusing and tell him about it, hopefully they will have a guideline on how to handle these situations.
If no higher/other staff member is online then I would take the staff member to me and ask him why he is doing this and tell him it’s not allowed. If he does proceed I would warn him and tell a higher staff member about it another time.
