Called the limitations department and asked for reason almost for more than a hour. The lady witch repeated the same answer like a parrot "sorry sir it's a business decision to close your account permanently"
Bitch!!!! I have almost more than 1k in it and to add I got a few valuable clients with their solid subscriptions in my account. I really can't convince them to pay again with a different payment provider.
This is a BIG LOSS.
What do you guys suggest? I'm not sure what to do now. totally depressed.

You'll get your money after 180 days as per the clients use your convincing skills to use another payment method give them a discount or something.
Gaypal isn't the be all, end all, of payment processors :D
Ha. theres no way in hell you will be able to solve this. Its called Permanent limitation for a reason you know. now from paypal's point of view you are a no.1 scammer. they wont treat you good even if you call them.
now its time for you to make another paypal account under ur bro or mom or dad or gf's name and start the whole thing again.
also try other payment processorts too like moneybookers and alertpay.

I wrote a post about how to remove paypal limitations, you can check my post's from my profile screen to see if any information can help you. Where are you located? From my chat with a Paypal rep, they stated they usually pose limitations on foreign accounts.
Sorry to hear this! but paypal is really sucks... i think everyone might having the same problem some day...
we hate paypal when this happens, but we need paypal.if it was a larger amount you could threaten legal action for damaging your biz. I had to threaten them when I had nearly 8k locked in my account. Long story short - it worked :) Also try swearing and act really fucking pissed off ask for their supervisor etc.

Is it worth it for you to spend $150 or so to get a lawyer to write them a threatening letter? Do you have a lawyer friend who can do it for free?
