- ## Cream Cheese Frosting:
- ### Ingredients:
- - 12oz cream cheese
- - 4oz butter (softened)
- - 0.25c sour cream
- - 0.25c powdered sugar
- - 0.25c vanilla or granulated sugar
- - 0.125 tsp salt
- - 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- ### Procedure:
- - Bring cream cheese and butter to room temperature and cream with granulated sugar until fluffy
- - Add remaining ingredients and beat thoroughly

- ### Ingredients
- - 4oz butter (softened)
- - 1c granulated sugar
- - 3c-5c powdered sugar (to consistency and taste)
- - 1tsp vanilla
- - 1-2tsp cinnamon
- ### Procedure:
- - Cream butter and granulated sugar until fluffy
- - Beat in vanilla and cinnamon
- - Add powdered sugar and beat until thoroughly combined.

- Makes 24
- ### Ingredients:
- - 3 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- - 1 teaspoon baking powder
- - 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
- - 1 teaspoon salt
- - 1 cup butter (softened)
- - 2 cup granulated sugar
- - 1.5 cup buttermilk, whole milk, or kefir
- - 0.5 cup sour cream
- - Replacements: greek yogurt, or kefir
- - 4 teaspoons vanilla
- - 4 egg whites
- - 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- ### Procedure:
- - Preheat oven to 350F
- - Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
- - In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light & fluffy
- - Combine buttermilk, sour cream, and vanilla with sugar & butter
- - Add wet to dry ingredients and mix until combined
- - Beat egg whites to soft peaks and gently fold into batter until combined
- - Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
