- Hi Hanna,
- Unfortunately our mail provider doesn’t provide a way of whitelisting name servers. It seems both prvhh.de and sender@shyann.net is aggressive in spam filtering i can tell that from sending from different email servers as you can see with these email headers i attached below.
- I tried to send to sander@shyann.net from dd@stockondeals.com and got this reply
- http://pastebin.com/N3tyyB3M
- here is sending from a Gmail account
- http://pastebin.com/6PqTiDxw
- sent from another Email
- http://pastebin.com/P7BGvujQ
- And about emails sent from prvhh.de to stockondeals.com.
- Could you also test the spammyness of your outgoing email. Ours have scores that are good to be considered as spams.
- You can test your outgoing mails with this tool https://www.mail-tester.com/
- I think the reason why mails from prvhh.de are blocked by our spam filters could be because the SPF records in the domains DNS are not set properly. Spam filters check these and compares them with the source of the email. If the spam filter fails to check this then they could be marked as spams.
- You can try to validate your SPF records here.

- Let me know if you have checked these issues so we can do a test.
