Though this looks very convincing and anyone would ban him if they saw this but I think this is false proof.
You see their is this mod/hacked client that lets you fake proof of anyone hacking by making them head twitch and make it seem as they are gapple/food hitting, examples of these modifications include jigsaw, metro, and others. Here is an

As you can see it is very easy to make fake proof of someone hacking with this modification.

Here is my evidence and speculations; as you can see in the video "YahooCom Hacking" the player YahooCom is hitting DampLegacyGames (the person with recording) while eating a golden apple. YahooCom is gapple hitting but DampLegacyGames is not taking any damage, this seems very ambiguous to me. Another speculation I have is that DampLegacyGames has conveniently blocked out his own inventory and the top of this screen, maybe to block out
some hacks of his own or but we can't be too sure.
Also, this isn't DampLegacyGame's first time getting someone banned, https://youtu.be/NbwrRfT5TM4 this video shows a player head twitching, the same way the video above by the youtuber Easywithhacks has showed us.

Another point I want to make is that DampLegacyGames has also been banned on many servers for cheating, according to NameMC DampLegacyGames has had the username "Barlowkid6" this Barlowkid6 has been caught cheating
on Badlion according to the badlion website. POINT: DampLegacyGames faked the proof to get YahooCom banned, meaning YahooCom has been false banned and should deserve an unban.
