The Empire of Holmgardr, Kingdom of Malaz, Tsardom of Eisenhorn and Archduchy of Aiyana hereby unite under a defensive alliance between the nations. Under this defensive alliance, the four nations shall swear to follow these terms to the best of their ability in good faith for their nation and their people.

Terms
- Manditory non-aggression between the four factions
- All factions shall defend each other by providing military support when needed
- Military and civilian citizens of either country shall have access into lands/forts of either of the four nations.
- Trade to be established jointly between these three factions in efforts to support each other. Regardless if one faction is in an aggressive war, the other factions can supply gear and resources but are under no obligation to join.
- Factions are not obliged to join one of the member's offensive wars but can part-take indirectly with an expeditionary force or officially take part in the war.
- The four nations shall establish a defensive behavior to all factions that are NOT an empire. Kingdoms or less shall be given aid by the alliance of nations if decided so.
- Territorial recognition of the south-west of Pentos for both the kingdom of Malaz and Archduchy of Aiyana. The empire of Holmgardr and Tsardom of Eisenhorn shall hold their claim and de jure authority of the north with exceptions to pre-established vassals under one of the allies or a nation that is under a NAP.
- No treaties or pacts shall be signed with nations they may become a threat to the survival of the allies.

This shall go into effect immediately and will become indefinite till the following nations have unanimously agree to disband the pact with a 30 day mandatory peace time. During this time, the factions can continue trade between one another but military movement shall be allowed upon request.
