If all blogs, and social networks are blocked, then most
likely, All HTTP Protocols are blocked. (YouTube, Twitter,
Facebook, Instagram, IMVU, Aimini, MP3Lemon, ETC)
You can easily get past this if they did not individually
block a selective website.

For example, if they blocked all insecure websites (http)
then you would not be able to get on YouTube because it uses
http://. But let's say they blocked YouTube alone by itself
along with all HTTP websites, then you would need to use a
proxy website. If they just blocked YouTube alone by itself
on just one protocol then you could use the alternate protocol.

FIND THE PROBLEM;
If they blocked all HTTP Websites, Try *+2+*, and switch to HTTPS
	Protocols instead of HTTP.
If they blocked the website individually/ selectively, try *+1+*
			OR
switch to the alternative, if it uses http, use https instead.
If they blocked it selectively, individually, securely, and
	the protocol, then do *+3+*
