This is a desperate cry for help from a fellow Anon.
It has come to my attention that the following company:

		Jsw Steel USA

		Baytown, Texas, 77523

Has committed, and continues to commit serious crimes of an immoral nature.
Please read my words, and understand that the following
may disturb you. I can no longer stand idly by and allow this gross injustice to
continue without a voice.

1) If an employee is told to clock in early, he/she must do so without question.
However, the workers are not permitted to have overtime. If they have overtime,
the time clock is adjusted, and the employee is not compensated for the
hours of labor that they have justly earned. Imagine it, a worker is threatened
with termination if they do not show up early for their shift, but they are not
paid for it. Then the time that they are not paid makes them slaves.

2) The environment in which these men/women work in is unfoundly hazardous.
It isn't so much unsafe due to the subject of their work, but more over the condition
it is wholly unmaintained. In March 2015, a worker slipped from a catwalk (missing
railing) that was covered in grease, and fell two stories. He broke the femur of his
leg, shattered both ankles, his collar bone, broke several bones in his face, and suffered
from a severe concussion. When he was pulled from the flume (A large waterless pit
for the use of removing iron scale from the cooling of plate steel) he was said to be
unrecognizable. The steel plant has so many oil leaks, that the very ground water
is contaminated. Workers are instructed not to consume the water (It comes from the
tap brown filled with toxins) unless it comes from a bottle. One worker has recently
contracted a staff infection on the top of his head due to water drippage. Another
outside contractor contracted a staff infection of the eye due to the water contamination
of the plant.

On yet another occasion, two men where electrocuted by direct 4160v AC current for two reasons.
The wiring in the entirety of the steel plant is not maintained to mandatory color code.
Secondly, the employees are not equip with all of the necessities required to perform
their job in a safe manner. This, and other injuries have occurred resulting in death,
or near death instances. Major tragedies that could have been easily avoided.

3) OSHA is required to inspect, and sight any/all known safety hazards found. However,
OSHA doesn't even bother to make it past the gate. They write the max fine allowed
by law (PAYOFF), and leave. If OSHA where to actually inspect the plant as they should
I have no doubt in my mind that the plant would be immediately shut down with extreme
prejudice. The impact that the plant is projecting onto it's environment would rack up
into the millions of dollars in fines.

4) Workers that require license to operate are not licensed. As a result, if OSHA were
to inspect the plant, and a worker is unable to provide the proper documentation,
they would be terminated, and fined. These fines would not be the responsibility of the
company, but rather the employee him/herself.

5) Some workers are outsourced from India (As well as other countries), and paid below
minimum US wage in order to increase company profits.

6)Lock-out-Tag-Out logs are not maintained as required.

7)Drug screens are not performed putting further people at risk.
(One witness claims that a man that he works with is always "high" while
operating a machine that rolls two ton plate steel) operating a machine that lifts two
ton plate steel over others heads. If he were to make a simple mistake, he could kill
many people.

The list goes on and on. I could sit here all day listing the many reasons why this
company has past the point of no return, but I think I have made my point fairly clear.
This is a company that needs to be shut down. These people are risking their lives to
increase the profits of a diseased company yet they are rewarded with corruption.
