Here is where to find Emporiums lost in the pits and depths of Facepunch. See the history of the emporium, the 3 largest ever hosted, and over 7 years of modding madness.
The biggest emporium is Emporium XLI, with 608 pages, 24,318 posts, and went for 3 months. Second biggest is Emporium 60, with 431 pages, 17,201 posts, and lasted for a bit over six months. Third biggest is Emporium 57, with 415 pages, 16,593 posts, and lasted for close to 6 months. The longest running Emporium known is Emporium 65, which lasted for 11 months.
Keep in mind, the way I determine the size of an emporium is by how many posts it has, the page count is a bit less accurate. I DO NOT measure by the number of posted mods because that would be a royal pain in the ass to count, and it varies from emporium to emporium, even between ones of a similar size in terms of postcount. The flaw with the postcount method is that it includes the posts that are not on the topic of modding and therefore are termed "drama." But, drama being a staple of the Emporium, it matters not.
Daimao started the Emporium with his original 9 emporiums, the first two of which are gone entirely. Mister Royzo took over and began the trend and format we still use. If you include Daimao's earliest remaining emporium (V3), the TF2 Mod Emporium will have been going for 8 years as of July 9, 2017.
