I didn't realize source code wasn't protected by freedom of speech. I must've missed that. Owning a server is illegal, so it modifying Maplestory.exe, which is changed by usng Vana's connection method. But still owning a server is illegal. But developing isn't illegal, which is what you're trying to file a lawsuit on Aleks for.
