Happy new year everyone hope you enjoyed the holidays.

Wanted to get a general guild address out and some information.


First of all I appreciate everyone that was involved in getting the kills we did and those that helped funnel gear to those players. We dominated the content cycle and only one other guild has killed Revan and no one is yet to kill Coratanni.

I appreciate everyone's dedication to getting the content down and doing it before the holidays were an issue. Raids during the holidays went much better than expected, think everyone in guild is 4/5 in ToS and 4/5 in Ravagers outside of a few people. Raiding has been sporadic but starting next lockout 1/5 - 1/9 we will be 100% back to groups and people need to be around on their assigned day or post when they need someone to fill in for them.

As always we have players that can fill in if you can't be around it's as easy as posting and letting a officer know. I might do a little tinkering before next week group & comp wise I'll let those affected know prior to next week.


198 exploit and attitudes in general

The exploit is bad don't use it, ignore the trolls and or reply you may need to learn how an economy works if you thought we sold the lockout.

Attitudes

Lots of self-entitlement running rampant you should model yourselves after Sorvali, Smugglin, Freaky and Shay. These are all excellent players who are helpful, positive, and for lack of a better word don't care we're #1. We're not DnT the only thing I care about is killing content I want to deal with as little shit as possible.

Loot going forward

Going to following format

1) Every unassembled piece will count
2) One unassembled piece per week
3) One piece per week per group you are in

If extra pieces drop the best way to handle those is rather poor and will be free roll ( assuming everyone has won a piece). This punishes those that first piece is non - legacy. I can't think of a better way and I apologize.

MH & Chest

As Wednesday & Friday currently aren't killing these bosses please start preparing a toon for me to pull you in on Sunday/Monday to get these pieces. Your best option is obviously a BH, as for role it doesn't matter much though its easier if you DPS.

Performance

I'm getting closer to requiring the raid to use group parsec. I don't want to do this is extremely counter productive, and people do more stupid stuff if we're in it as a group. I'm giving everyone a two week grace period to

1) Learn content within group
2) Learn encounters (we have videos of every perspective)
3) Comfortable with the way Zorz raids

After that period if we're still meeting enrages, lack of healing, and or people performing badly I'll reevaluate and weed out those that are under performing. Parsec is my absolute last idea.

Future plans

Get everyone Revan & Coratanni kills
Get each group 10/10
Get your first and secondary toon 198 min/maxed
