  5. The mentalist gains the ability to grapple telekinetically. Roll Intelligence+Resolve+Edge-the target's Strength. If successful, the target is grappled and immobilized. This grappling lasts as long as the mentalist maintains concentration on the target, to a maximum of Resolve+Edge rounds. At the end of this time the target must either be released or another WP spent to maintain the hold. No actions can be taken during this time other than moving at the mentalist's Speed. The target may roll Strength+Stamina-mentalist's Edge as an instant action to escape each round. To escape, successes rolled must exceed the successes rolled by the mentalist when the hold was established.

  7. Gain ability to manipulate emotions. Spend 1 WP and roll Manipulation+Empathy+Edge contested by Composure+?. Lasts as long as the mentalist concentrates.

  9. Spend 1 WP to read minds. Wits+Empathy+Edge contested by Composure+Resolve+? to scan surface thoughts of a subject within line of sight. Information becomes clearer and more detailed the more successes are scored.
