(Long Answer)[/COLOR] I have been playing MTA since 2014 I guess, and tried all the server types, and I really liked roleplay, so I have a huge experience on it, yeah, I like playing Multi Theft Auto, so I spend my whole day playing it, and I know every such rule and the punishment of it, and that makes me have an advantage from other players and make me qualified, also I have a fluent english, so players can understand me when explaining to them.[/B]

(Long Answer) [/COLOR]Well, if I become an admin, I will do several things, such as inviting friends to play in the server, and that makes it more fun, also, I will be able to help every single player that ask's for help, and if I see anyone breaking a rule, I will have to teach him or punish him, depends on the rule.[/B]

  38. [B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]In your own opinion, describe a problem you see on our server and a way you see to fix it, or at least feel like is a good solution. This can be anything from the Role-play standards to how mapping looks on the server (minimum of 300 words).[/COLOR]Well, I do not really see a problem within server, so I will not have a lot to say, everything is perfect on it, except the factions, they are not getting care such as the Police Department, Fire Department and Medics, they do not even have a forums, and recruiting kind of randomly, this should be fixed as soon as possible and everything will be fine, also one more thing and which is the lack of administrators, since I joined, I have saw only one admin online and helping peoples on every single thing they need, and that's why I am applying, just to help him and the players, well I guess that is all, if this gets fixed and updated, The servers will be amazing, and players will come by time, as I did not really a lot of activity, but yeah, it will be active soon.
  39. Another thing, I think there should be different things in game, such as insurance companies, dealerships etc...
  40. Also, I have found out about something important, which is exchanging OOC money with IC money, how?
  41. For example giving VC points to get a car In Character, and this is kind of not realistic at all, so in my opinion, I suggest removing this as soon as possible, and by that role play chances will increase, and the community will be better.

Also, some players should start illegal factions, I do not think that Los Santos do not have criminals and gangs in it, and by that, players will have more fun and feel comfortable and have fun while role playing, and by that they'll advise their friends to join, and by that, the activity will increase, which means the fun and chances of role-play will increase.

  75. During your time being admin here, You understand that if you are suspected to be a "Regular" on another server as admin or not, you will be immediately asked to leave. Should you ever be removed from the admin team, You are still under this agreement. Sharing any information that you may have learned during being an admin will not be permitted to be released. You understand that breach of this agreement will mean that you are permanently blacklisted form this community and all your IP's and Serial's be placed on our ban list. Lieing on either this application will result in termination of your admin position, If you have provided us with any personal information (Such as Mobile Phone number) and it changes, you must inform us of this change. If we contact your mobile number and end up sharing confidential information to a stranger, you will be terminated.

Staff acknowledges that, in the course of employment by The Gaming Network, the Employee has, and may in the future, come into the possession of certain confidential information belonging to the Employer including but not limited to trade secrets, customer lists, Customer Information, pricing schedules, profits, methods, processes, or marketing plans. The Employee hereby covenants and agrees that he or she will at no time, during or after the term of employment, use for his or her own benefit or the benefit of others, or disclose or divulge to others, any such confidential information. Upon termination of employment, the Employee will return to the Employer, retaining no copies, all documents relating to the Employers business including, but not limited to, reports, manuals, drawings, diagrams, blueprints, correspondence, customer lists, computer programs, scripts, and all other materials and all copies of such materials, obtained by the Employee during employment. Violation of this agreement by the Employee will entitle the Employer The Gaming Network to an injunction to prevent such competition or disclosure, and will entitle the Employer to other legal remedies, including attorney's fees and costs. If any part of this agreement is adjudged invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties, and upon their heirs, executors, personal representatives, administrators and assigns. No person shall have a right or cause to cause of action arising out of or resulting from this agreement except those who are parties to it and their successors in interest. This instrument, including any attached exhibits and addenda, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties. No representation or promises have been made except those that are set out in this agreement. This agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by all the parties.
