Introduction

Bears is a division that focuses mainly on protecting certain players and areas. Members of this division will help with protecting flags etc. in raids and will also ensure the safety of the group. Bears will be trained to protect, evaluate situations and work as a team.

Protection

As the division focusing on defense, all bears must learn how to protect. They will learn body guarding, evaluating situations and techniques to help with defense. They will help train these skills in multiple trainings and will also help out in tryouts acting as a role model for those wanting to join the division.

Formations

Bears will learn numerous formations to help with defense. These include the diamond, box, wall etc. They will learn to communicate effectively to form these formations quickly and will build trust with their fellow bears. They will constantly be tested on their knowledge of formations and must learn them so they can perform them instantly, no hesitation.

Trainings

To learn the formations and techniques to protect, they must attend many trainings. The trainings will consist of two parts, protecting where they will be assigned a target to protect and formations where they will perform them as quickly and as possible, while being at a high standard.

Tryouts

Tryouts are the best way to join a division. They will be hosted occasionally for members to have a go at joining a division. During tryouts, it will all be competitive, everyone is against each other, only the best will be selected to join. The tryouts will consist of 4 parts.

1: Protecting 1- Participants must protect a person from attack.
2: Protecting 2- Participants must protect an area from attack.
3: Formations- Participants will have a run-through of some of the formations and then tested.
4: Evaluation- Participants will have to make a plan to protect an area and it will then be tested.

Conclusion

Bears is the division that focuses on defense. Members wanting to join must be dedicated and committed as they must learn multiple formations. They must also be cooperative and disciplined, there is no room for error when protecting a target.
